توصیه به قانون مداری

 حضرت آيت الله جوادي آملي در ديداری که روز پنج شنبه 28 / 3 / 88 انجام شد، تمامي اقشار جامعه را به قانون مداري توصيه نمودند.
ايشان ضمن بر شمردن اقسام اختلاف فرمودند: اختلاف بر سه قسم است: قسم اول: اختلاف قبل از علم؛ که نظريه پردازها آراء و نظرات خود را طرح مي کنند تا آنچه حق است روشن شود .اين اختلاف ممدوح و مقدس است مانند اختلاف دو کفه ترازو براي حفظ عدالت. قسم دوم: اختلاف در اطلاع رساني هاي ناصواب و برداشت هاي ناصواب يا مقدمات و موخرات و نتايج نا صواب؛ که اين با گفتگو، گفتمان و جلسه و تفاهم کاملا قابل حل است.قسم سوم: اختلاف به عنوان عذاب الهي است که آن با تفاهم حل نمي شود.
معظم له در ادامه فرمودند: اختلافات علمي را بايد از مجاري علمي حل کرد و اختلافات اجتماعي را بايد از راه عاطفه حل کرد و اين اختلاف تقدير را با ناله و ضجه و اصلاح بين خود و خدا حل کرد.
ايشان در ادامه درباره بعضي از آشوبها و حملات به کوي دانشگاه فرمودند: هيچ مسلماني هرگز حاضر نيست خانه و زندگي کسي را آتش بزند و اين ها حتما بيگانه هستند.
ايشان ضمن دعوت همگان به رعايت قانون فرمودند: با توجه به خطراتي که از شرق و غرب ايران را تهديد مي کند، بهترين راه حفظ آرامش مي باشد.
حضرت آيت الله جوادي فرمودند: اگر تخلفي شده و مدرکي هست، بايد ارائه شود ، اما بايد از مجاري قانوني عمل شود که در اين زمينه نشست هاي نمايندگان کانديداها با شوراي نگهبان نيز انجام شده است، چرا که اگر به خيابانها بريزند ، کنترل آن از دست همگان خارج خواهد شد و معلوم نيست که چه کسي زد، و چرا زد و به چه کسي زد؟
معظم له در پايان ضمن محکوم کردن آشوب ها و اغتشاشگري ها فرمودند: کاري نکنيم که حضور مردم و اين نظام آسيب ببيند، دشمن آماده است که آشوبي بشود تا او استفاده بکند.
